1313 Terms of Service
Last updated: [16 October 2026] Effective: [16 October 2026]
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Tripbooking Inc ("we", "us" or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the website at 1313.ai, the 1313 console, and the virtual telephone number and SMS-receiving services we provide (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Please read Section 2 (What the Service Is and Is Not), Section 6 (Acceptable Use), Section 9 (Replacement and Refunds) and Section 16 (Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver) with particular care. Section 16 requires disputes to be resolved by individual arbitration rather than in court.
1. Eligibility and Account
1.1 Age and capacity. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are under 18.
1.2 Sanctions and restricted persons. You may not use the Service if you are located in, organised under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a country or territory that is the subject of comprehensive sanctions administered by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United Nations or Malaysia, or if you are listed on, or owned or controlled by a person listed on, any applicable sanctions or denied-party list.
1.3 Registration. To use the Service you must create an account. You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date. You may not register more than one account without our written permission, and you may not register an account on behalf of another person unless you are authorised to bind that person to these Terms.
1.4 Account security. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you. Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately at [[email protected]] if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for loss arising from unauthorised use of your account that results from your failure to secure your credentials.
1.5 Identity verification. We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, require you to verify your identity (for example by providing government-issued identification, proof of address or a selfie) before or after allocating a Number, before processing a refund, or in response to a request from a carrier, payment provider, regulator or law-enforcement agency. We may suspend your account or withhold Numbers until verification is complete. We may refuse or close an account if verification fails or is not completed within the time we specify.
1.6 No transfer. Your account and any Number allocated to it are personal to you and may not be sold, rented, assigned or otherwise transferred.
2. What the Service Is and Is Not
2.1 The Service. 1313 lets you lease one or more virtual telephone numbers in the countries we offer from time to time (currently the United States and the United Kingdom) (each a "Number") for a fixed term, and view SMS text messages received by those Numbers ("Messages") in your 1313 console.
2.2 Inbound SMS only. Numbers are provided for receiving SMS text messages only. Unless we expressly state otherwise in the Service, Numbers cannot make or receive voice calls, send SMS, receive MMS or multimedia, or be used for data. We do not provide telephone service.
2.3 NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE. The Service cannot be used to contact emergency services (such as 911, 999 or 112) and must not be relied upon in any emergency. Numbers are not a substitute for a conventional mobile or landline telephone service.
2.4 We are not a carrier. Numbers are sourced from, and remain allocated to, third-party licensed telecommunications carriers and number providers ("Carriers"). We act as a reseller and technical-service provider. Numbers are leased to you for the applicable term; you do not own, and acquire no property or other rights in, any Number. Numbers cannot be ported to another provider.
2.5 Carrier and regulatory dependence. Our ability to offer a Number depends on the Carriers and on the numbering, telecommunications and anti-fraud rules of the country that issues the Number. A Carrier or regulator may withdraw, reassign, re-rate or block a Number, or change the conditions attached to it, at any time. Where this happens during your paid term we will, at our option, allocate a replacement Number of the same country or refund the pro-rata unused portion of the fee for that Number, as set out in Section 9.4. This is your sole remedy.
2.6 Message delivery is not guaranteed. Whether a Message reaches your Number depends on the sender, the sender's messaging provider, intermediary carriers and the terminating Carrier. Senders and carriers may filter, block, delay or refuse to deliver messages to certain number types (including virtual or VoIP-type numbers) without notice and without telling us. We do not control delivery and do not warrant that any particular Message will arrive.
2.7 Not for critical accounts. The Service is not designed, intended or warranted for use as the primary or sole authentication channel for banking, payment, brokerage, government, healthcare, cryptocurrency or other high-value or sensitive accounts, or for any purpose where failure to receive a Message could result in significant loss. If you use a Number for such purposes you do so entirely at your own risk.
3. Third-Party Services
3.1 Independence. 1313 is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any website, application, platform or online service with which you may use a Number (each a "Third-Party Service"). Any names or logos of Third-Party Services appearing in the Service are used for identification only and belong to their owners.
3.2 No warranty of acceptance. We do not warrant that any Third-Party Service will accept, verify, or continue to accept a Number, or that an account registered with a Number will be created, remain active or not be restricted. Third-Party Services change their verification rules frequently and may reject numbers from particular countries, number ranges or number types, or may later disable accounts registered with them.
3.3 Compatibility information is guidance only. Any information on our website or in the console about which Third-Party Services generally work with Numbers from a given country reflects our own periodic testing at the time of publication. It is provided for guidance only, may become inaccurate at any time, and is not a representation, warranty or condition of the Service. Where a Third-Party Service we have identified as supported does not accept a Number, your sole remedies are the replacement and refund set out in Section 9. Inability to register for, verify or maintain an account with any other Third-Party Service is not a defect in the Service and does not entitle you to a replacement or refund.
3.4 Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of a Number with any Third-Party Service is permitted under (a) the laws that apply to you, and (b) that Third-Party Service's own terms, policies and eligibility requirements, and for all consequences of your use, including suspension or loss of accounts with that Third-Party Service. We do not give advice on, and have no responsibility for, the terms or availability of any Third-Party Service in your location.
4. Numbers, Terms, Grace Period and Recycling
4.1 Allocation. A Number is allocated to your account when your payment for it is confirmed. The term of a Number begins on allocation and runs for the period you purchased (the "Term"). Every order is associated with a specific Number, including orders whose payment is not completed; an order without a completed payment does not entitle you to the Number.
4.2 Quantity. We do not currently limit the number of Numbers one account may hold. We may introduce limits, require verification above a threshold, or decline additional allocations at any time for fraud-prevention, capacity, Carrier or regulatory reasons.
4.3 Renewal. You may extend a Number's Term by purchasing a renewal before the Term ends or during the Grace Period. Renewals are manual unless we offer, and you expressly enable, automatic renewal. If you enable automatic renewal, we will charge your saved payment method at the then-current renewal price before each renewal, and you may disable it at any time before the next charge takes effect.
4.4 Grace Period. When a Term ends without renewal, the Number enters a fifteen (15) day grace period (the "Grace Period"). During the Grace Period: (a) the Number remains reserved to your account; (b) delivery of Messages to the console is suspended and Messages sent to the Number during the Grace Period will not be shown to you and will not be recoverable later; (c) you may renew the Number and resume service. Renewal during the Grace Period does not back-date or restore Messages that arrived during the Grace Period.
4.5 Recycling. If a Number is not renewed by the end of the Grace Period, it is recycled: it is removed from your account, your stored Messages for that Number are scheduled for deletion in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and the Number is returned to inventory and may be allocated to another person. A recycled Number cannot be recovered. You are responsible for removing or replacing the Number on any Third-Party Service account before the end of the Grace Period. We are not liable for any loss of access to, or data in, any Third-Party Service account resulting from the expiry or recycling of a Number.
4.6 Reassigned Numbers and residual Messages. A Number allocated to you may previously have been held by another person, and senders may continue to address Messages to that person. You acknowledge that you may receive Messages that were not intended for you. You must not use, act on, or attempt to access any account using such Messages, must delete them, and must notify us if they persist. Likewise, after your Number is recycled, Messages intended for you may be received by a subsequent holder; we will not forward, retrieve or disclose such Messages to you.
4.7 Replacement. We may replace a Number with another Number of the same country where required by a Carrier, a regulator, a court or law-enforcement authority, or to protect the integrity of the Service. We will give you reasonable notice where practicable.
5. Messages
5.1 Storage and display. Messages received by your Numbers are stored by us and displayed in your console so that you can read them. Messages are retained for the period described in the Privacy Policy and may be deleted by you at any time.
5.2 Content. We do not control who sends Messages to your Number or what they contain. We do not screen or filter Messages for accuracy, legality or safety, although we may use automated tools to detect spam, fraud or prohibited use. Messages may include unsolicited, commercial or offensive content from third parties for which we are not responsible.
5.3 Our access. Access by our personnel to the content of your Messages is restricted and logged, and occurs only (a) when you ask us for help with a specific Message or Number, (b) to investigate suspected violation of these Terms or applicable law, (c) to comply with a legal obligation or lawful request, or (d) as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and maintain the Service, as further described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
6.1 Lawful use. You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, all laws applicable to you and to the country that issued your Number, and the acceptable-use requirements of the Carriers (which we will make available on request).
6.2 Prohibited uses. You must not use, and must not permit anyone else to use, the Service or any Number:
(a) to commit, facilitate or conceal fraud, identity theft, phishing, "SIM-swap" or account-takeover attacks, scams, extortion, or any deceptive practice; (b) to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions or export controls, or evade taxes; (c) to harass, threaten, stalk, defame or intimidate any person, or to receive messages in connection with any such conduct; (d) to create, access or operate accounts with any Third-Party Service for the purpose of selling, renting or transferring those accounts, or to operate bulk, automated or "farm" registration of accounts; (e) to resell, sublicense, share or otherwise make a Number or its Messages available to any third party, including by operating an SMS-receiving service for others, forwarding Messages to third parties as a service, or using a Number on behalf of a person other than yourself; (f) to register for, access or use any Third-Party Service that you are prohibited from using by law or by that service's terms, or to circumvent a ban, suspension or age or location restriction imposed by a Third-Party Service; (g) for any activity involving child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, the sale of illegal drugs or weapons, unlicensed gambling, or any other serious crime; (h) to receive one-time passcodes or verification messages relating to another person's account or payment instrument without that person's express authorisation; (i) to interfere with, probe, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Service, any Carrier network, or any other system; (j) using automated means (bots, scripts, API abuse) except through interfaces we expressly make available for that purpose; or (k) in any way that could cause us, a Carrier or a payment provider to breach a law, regulation, licence condition, industry code or the terms of a provider on which the Service depends.
6.3 Purchase confirmation. Each time you purchase or renew a Number you will be asked to confirm that you will not use the Number for any purpose prohibited by this Section 6. That confirmation forms part of these Terms and is relied on by us.
6.4 Monitoring and enforcement. We may monitor use of the Service for compliance using automated systems and, where permitted, manual review. We may investigate any suspected violation and may take any action we consider appropriate, including issuing a warning, removing Messages, suspending or reclaiming Numbers, suspending or terminating your account, withholding refunds, and reporting the conduct and your account details to Carriers, payment providers, affected Third-Party Services, regulators or law-enforcement authorities. No refund is payable for any Number reclaimed, or any account terminated, for violation of this Section 6.
6.5 Cooperation with authorities and Carriers. We will cooperate with courts, regulators, law-enforcement agencies and Carriers in any jurisdiction in response to lawful requests, subpoenas, orders or abuse reports, and may disclose your account information, verification data, order and payment records, IP and device logs, Number assignments and Message records as described in the Privacy Policy. We may do so without notice to you where we are legally prohibited from giving notice or where we reasonably consider that notice would prejudice an investigation or the safety of any person.
6.6 Record retention. To support fraud prevention, abuse investigation and lawful requests, we retain account, assignment, access, IP and device logs for at least one hundred and eighty (180) days, and longer where required by law or where an investigation, dispute or legal hold is pending.
7. Fees and Payment
7.1 Prices. Prices for Numbers and renewals are shown in the Service at the time of purchase and may be changed at any time; changes do not affect a Term you have already paid for. Prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout and, unless stated otherwise, exclude any applicable taxes, duties or levies (including Malaysian service tax, value-added tax or goods and services tax), which will be added where we are required to collect them.
7.2 Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card number. By submitting a payment you authorise Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown.
7.3 Lawful payment source. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide, that it is not stolen, fraudulent or obtained unlawfully, and that the funds are not the proceeds of crime. We may decline, hold or reverse any transaction, and may request information about the source of funds, where we or Stripe consider the transaction suspicious or where required by anti-money-laundering or sanctions obligations.
7.4 Chargebacks and disputes. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at [[email protected]] before disputing the charge with your card issuer, and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your account and all Numbers in it while the dispute is pending, reclaim any Number to which the disputed payment relates, and recover from you any amount reversed together with any fees charged to us by Stripe or the card network. Where a chargeback is resolved in our favour, or is found to have been raised without good reason, we may permanently close your account.
7.5 Receipts. A receipt for each completed order is available in your console.
7.6 Promotional pricing. Any discount, promotional code or credit is subject to the conditions stated when it is offered, has no cash value, and may be withdrawn if obtained or used in breach of those conditions or these Terms.
8. Changes to the Service
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, country, plan or price at any time. We may also suspend the Service, in whole or in part, for maintenance, security, Carrier or regulatory reasons. Where a discontinuation affects a Number during a paid Term, Section 9.4 applies. We are not otherwise liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuation.
9. Replacement and Refunds
9.1 Free replacement if a Supported Service's verification code does not arrive. If, within seven (7) calendar days after a newly purchased Number is allocated (the "Guarantee Period"), the Number does not receive a verification Message from a Supported Service after you have correctly submitted the Number on that service's phone-verification screen, we will replace the Number free of charge. A "Supported Service" means a Third-Party Service that our website identified as supported for the Number's country at the time of your purchase. The replacement Number will be of the same country; if you ask for a Number of a different country instead, any difference in price will be charged or refunded. The replacement Number takes over the remaining Term of the original Number, and the original Number is reclaimed when the replacement is issued. We provide one free replacement per purchase under this Section.
9.2 Full refund if the replacement also fails. If the replacement Number also does not receive a verification Message from the same Supported Service, we will refund the full purchase price of the original Number. If the replacement Number was issued fewer than seventy-two (72) hours before the end of the Guarantee Period, the Guarantee Period is extended to seventy-two (72) hours after the replacement was issued. On refund, the replacement Number is reclaimed and any Messages subsequently sent to it will not be available to you.
9.3 How to request, and what we check. Request a replacement or refund within the Guarantee Period through the console (where the function is available) or by emailing [[email protected]] from your account email, naming the Supported Service concerned and, where we ask for it, providing a screenshot of that service's verification screen showing the Number and the failure. We will check our Carrier and system records of the Messages received by the Number. Where those records show that the Number received a verification Message from that Supported Service, the request will be declined. Our records are conclusive absent manifest error. We may decline a request, or treat it as a violation of Section 6, where we reasonably believe it is made in bad faith or forms part of a pattern of abuse.
9.4 Failure during a paid Term. If, during a paid Term and other than during the Grace Period, a Number permanently stops being able to receive Messages because of a fault in our systems or a Carrier or regulatory withdrawal, and we are unable to restore it within seventy-two (72) hours after you notify us, we will at our option either allocate a replacement Number of the same country for the remainder of the Term or refund the pro-rata unused portion of the fee for that Number. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for such failure.
9.5 Renewals. Renewal fees are not refundable, except as set out in Section 9.4.
9.6 What is not covered. The following are not grounds for replacement or refund: a Third-Party Service that is not a Supported Service for the Number's country declining or failing to verify the Number; a Supported Service accepting the Number but later restricting, suspending or closing the account registered with it; a Number receiving Messages from a Supported Service but not from some other sender; your decision to stop using a Number; expiry, Grace Period suspension or recycling of a Number; any reclaim or termination under Section 6; or any request made after the Guarantee Period, other than under Section 9.4.
9.7 Method. Refunds are made to the original payment method through Stripe, in the currency originally charged. Where we offer account credit as an alternative and you choose it, the credit is applied immediately and no refund is made to the payment method. Exchange-rate differences, bank charges and card-issuer fees are not refunded. Refunds to a payment method may take five to ten business days to appear depending on your issuer.
9.8 Consumer rights. Nothing in this Section 9 limits any refund or remedy that you are entitled to under mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.
10. Suspension and Termination
10.1 By you. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time from the console or by contacting us. Closing your account forfeits all Numbers and Messages in it without refund (except for any refund already due under Sections 9.1–9.4).
10.2 By us. We may suspend or terminate your account or any Number, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law, a Carrier, a payment provider or a regulator; (c) we reasonably believe your use presents a legal, security, fraud or reputational risk to us, a Carrier or any third party; (d) your payment is reversed, disputed or found to be fraudulent; (e) you fail to complete identity verification when required; or (f) your account is inactive with no active Number for twelve (12) months. We may also terminate for convenience on thirty (30) days' notice, in which case Section 9.4 applies to any Number with unused paid Term.
10.3 Effect. On termination your right to use the Service ends, all Numbers in your account are reclaimed, and your Messages and account data are deleted or retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 2, 3, 4.5, 4.6, 6.4–6.6, 7.3–7.4, 9, 10.3, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16 and 18 survive termination.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, console, design, text, graphics and logos, is owned by Tripbooking Inc or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Service. If you give us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL NUMBERS AND MESSAGES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranty as to (a) the delivery, timeliness or content of any Message; (b) the acceptance of any Number by any Third-Party Service or the continued availability of any account registered with it; (c) the continued availability of any Number or country; or (d) the accuracy of any compatibility or testing information we publish. Nothing in this Section excludes any guarantee or warranty that cannot be excluded under mandatory law applicable to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Exclusion of certain losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tripbooking Inc, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, Carriers and suppliers will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or access to or data in any Third-Party Service account, however arising and whether or not foreseeable or advised of the possibility.
13.2 Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, will not exceed the total fees you paid to us for the Number(s) giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 Exceptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose consumer-protection law (including, where it applies, the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999) grants you rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights are not affected by these Terms.
14. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Tripbooking Inc, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors and Carriers from and against all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service or any Number or Message; (b) your breach of these Terms, including Section 6; (c) your use of any Third-Party Service with a Number; (d) your violation of any law or of the rights of any third party; or (e) any chargeback or payment dispute raised without good reason.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms in the Service with an updated "Last updated" date and, for material changes, will notify you by email to your account address or by a notice in the console at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect, unless the change is required by law, a Carrier or a payment provider, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service before the change takes effect; Numbers purchased before the change remain subject to Section 9.
16. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver
16.1 Governing law. These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16.2 Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at [[email protected]] with a written description of the dispute and to negotiate in good faith for at least thirty (30) days.
16.3 Binding arbitration. Any dispute not resolved under Section 16.2 shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in accordance with the AIAC Arbitration Rules in force at the time of the notice of arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The award shall be final and binding and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may seek interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights pending arbitration.
16.4 Individual basis; class action waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and we agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative or consolidated proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding. If this Section 16.4 is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim shall be severed and brought in the courts of Malaysia, and the remainder of this Section 16 shall continue to apply.
16.5 Exceptions. Section 16.3 does not prevent either party from bringing an individual claim in a small-claims court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, or from seeking relief for infringement or misuse of intellectual property or for unauthorised access to the Service.
16.6 Consumers. If you are a consumer and mandatory law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country or prevents the application of Section 16.3 or 16.4 to you, nothing in this Section 16 deprives you of that right.
17. Export Controls and Sanctions
You will comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws, including those of Malaysia, the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union. You represent that you are not a person to whom provision of the Service is prohibited under those laws and that you will not use the Service for the benefit of any such person or for any prohibited end use.
18. General
18.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific or promotional conditions, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
18.2 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account. We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to an affiliate or to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets.
18.3 Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
18.4 No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
18.5 Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including Carrier or network failures, regulatory action, acts of government, internet or power outages, labour disputes, epidemics, war or natural disasters.
18.6 Notices. We may give you notice by email to your account address or by a notice in the console. Notices to us must be sent to [[email protected]].
18.7 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only; in case of conflict the English version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18.8 No agency. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between you and us.
18.9 Third-party rights. Except for Carriers and our affiliates, who may enforce the provisions expressed to benefit them, no third party has any right to enforce these Terms.
